Electrical Engineer Specialist

Responsibilities

• Manage and contractually administrate multiple electrical projects including schedule, cost, and change management
• Serve as lead project coordinator for all electrical installations across main and auxiliary factory buildings
• Facilitate resolutions to complex construction project issues and disputes
• Maintain compliance with federal and state regulations
• Create and analyze reports on project construction budget, schedule, and quality performance
• Develop working relationships with factory planning, IT, HR, and governmental institutions
• Partner cross-functionally with various stakeholders

Requirements

• 5+ years of professional experience in plant construction or factory planning
• Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering, building engineering, or related field
• Extensive knowledge of electrical installations, design, construction, codes, and standards for industrial construction
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment

Preferred Qualifications

• Master's degree in a relevant field
• Knowledge of mechanical engineering
