Electrical Engineer Senior

Responsibilities

• Perform innovative electronic design and development for new products from conception through production release
• Design and develop improvements for existing products to enhance performance and reliability
• Conduct prototype design experimentation, including rapid and conventional prototype fabrication
• Write product specifications, prints, documentation, and testing verification methods
• Perform advanced troubleshooting of electrical and electronic design issues during and after production
• Manage complex projects by developing timelines and ensuring adherence to budget and quality requirements
• Collaborate with internal teams and outside suppliers regarding tooling, assembly plans, and capacity requirements

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering (BSEE), Electronics Engineering (BSET), or equivalent
• Minimum of 5 years of electrical design engineering experience, specifically within consumer product design
• Advanced knowledge of designing, evaluating, and testing electronic circuits and components
• Proficiency in reading and drawing schematics
• Advanced proficiency with computer-based analysis, simulation, and design tools
• Proven experience managing product development from concept through to manufacturable design
