Electrical Engineer

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, maintain, and optimize electrical systems to ensure machine capacity and reliability
• Analyze causes of defects and develop solutions to prevent future failures
• Execute activities according to the factory's preventive maintenance plan
• Perform machine troubleshooting and manage inventory and spare parts supply
• Monitor subcontractors to ensure compliance with quality standards and timely completion
• Prepare key performance indicator (KPI) monitoring reports for the maintenance department
• Create or modify work procedures and develop technical solutions to minimize intervention costs
• Define technical specifications and spare parts requirements

Requirements

• Technical university education in electrics, electronics, or electro-mechanics
• Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar engineering position
• Strong knowledge of engineering concepts, including hydraulic and mechanical systems
• Ability to read and understand hydraulic and pneumatical drawings
• Proficiency in PLC programming (Siemens)
• Advanced PC skills (Excel, Outlook, Word, etc.)
• Fluency in both Romanian and English
• Strong interpersonal, decision-making, and organizational skills
