About the role
Responsibilities
- Perform design, development, and integration of missile flight simulation systems within multidiscipline engineering teams.
- Develop engineering and production test systems, including test interface adapters, cabling, and technical drawings.
- Execute circuit design, schematic creation, and analysis from the circuit card level up to full system integration.
- Manage technical, cost, and schedule requirements for assigned projects throughout all stages of product development.
- Uncover and resolve complex issues associated with the development and implementation of test products.
Requirements
- STEM degree (Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics) and a minimum of 8 years of relevant experience.
- Professional electrical engineering design experience, including troubleshooting and analysis of electronic systems.
- Proficiency with electrical engineering design tools such as Altium, DX Designer, Mentor Capital, or Creo Schematic.
- Advanced experience using test equipment including Oscilloscopes, DMMs, Network Analyzers, and Power Meters.
- U.S. citizenship is required to obtain and maintain a Secret security clearance.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with bid and proposal processes and project management.
- Knowledge of computer architecture, hardware optimization, and programming languages.
- Experience utilizing integrated development environments and debugging tools for software troubleshooting.
- Background in architecture design and leading large, multi-disciplinary teams.
- Ability to perform up to 20% business travel.
