About the role
Responsibilities
- Enhance electrical engineering skills through digital, analog, and RF hardware testing and debugging of complex circuit card assemblies or electro-mechanical systems
- Collaborate with Operations, Supply Chain, Quality, and other Engineering disciplines to resolve issues during production, testing, and integration
- Participate in mentorship opportunities to gain in-depth understanding of the aerospace and defense industry
Requirements
- Must be on Active-Duty orders in the U.S. Armed Forces and eligible to participate per DoD Instruction 1322.29
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Science, Physics, Mathematics, or a related STEM field
- Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience
- Experience with RF, analog, digital, and/or mixed signal circuit design, analysis, or digital signal processing
- Familiarity with laboratory equipment such as waveform generators, oscilloscopes, spectrum analyzers, and/or network analyzers
- Ability to obtain an interim U.S. government Secret security clearance
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with electrical engineering design of CCA, EO, RF, Seeker/Sensor, or electronic subsystems
- Proficiency with tools such as Mentor Graphics Designer, PSPICE, MATLAB, or High Frequency Structure Simulator (HFSS)
- Familiarity with missile communication transceivers, data links, IMU, or GPS receiver subsystems
- Experience with subsystem integration, test, post-test flight analysis, and Statistical Process Control (SPC) methods
