Electrical Engineer

Responsibilities

• Design and develop PCB assemblies and electronic subsystems
• Create production-ready schematics, PCB layouts, and fabrication documentation using Altium Designer
• Support board bring-up, validation testing, debugging, and manufacturing transition
• Apply DFM, DFT, and reliability principles
• Perform root cause analysis on hardware failures
• Collaborate with software, mechanical, and supply chain teams
• Maintain engineering documentation including BOMs and ECOs

Requirements

• Strong Altium Designer experience
• Working knowledge of analog and digital circuit design
• Experience with common communication interfaces
• Experience in hardware bring-up and troubleshooting
• Familiarity with PCB fabrication and assembly processes
• Bachelor's degree with 3+ years of professional electronics development experience
• Ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. Security Clearance

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience designing battery-powered systems or power electronics
• Exposure to EMI/EMC design considerations
• Experience supporting products through manufacturing release
• Familiarity with Git
• Background in UAVs, robotics, aerospace, or autonomous technologies
