Electrical Engineer

Responsibilities

• Ensure the safe and continuous operation and high availability of electrical systems within the Algyő production region.
• Plan and supervise daily, monthly, and annual maintenance and repair activities for surface and underground electrical equipment.
• Coordinate technical troubleshooting, investigations, and the development of solution proposals.
• Manage operational tasks in cooperation with MVM/MAVIR and operate the Risk-Based Work Management System (RBWS).
• Participate in development and investment projects, including technical content definition, equipment selection, and commissioning support.
• Maintain relationships with external partners, service providers, and internal MOL organizations.
• Support quality and energy management systems, such as ISO 50001.

Requirements

• University degree in High-Voltage Electrical Engineering.
• At least 5 years of professional experience in the field.
• Strong knowledge of maintenance processes and electrical systems.
• Proficiency in MS Office.
• Experience with RBWS or similar risk-based management systems.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with SAP PM.
• English language proficiency.
• Previous experience working in an industrial or production environment.
• Knowledge of specialized electrical technologies.
• Experience in managing technical projects or development initiatives.
