Electrical Engineer

Responsibilities

• Design and ship multi-layer PCBs from concept through schematic, layout, bring-up, and validation
• Manage FPV Systems & Embedded Hardware development
• Integrate hardware with embedded software environments including real-time systems, Linux, or RTOS
• Work with manufacturing or contract manufacturers considering DFM/DFT
• Debug hardware using oscilloscopes, multimeters, and logic analyzers
• Collaborate across hardware and firmware teams to solve complex problems

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or related field
• 3+ years of hands-on experience in electrical or hardware engineering
• Strong foundation in analog and digital circuit design
• Proficiency with PCB design tools such as Altium, KiCad, or Fusion 360 Electronics
• Experience with power electronics including DC-DC converters and battery-powered systems
• Familiarity with communication protocols like SPI, I2C, UART, and CAN
• Experience with open-source flight control stacks such as PX4, ArduPilot, Betaflight, or INAV
• Proficiency with Git for version control

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with drone, robotics, or aerospace systems
• Familiarity with ESCs, motor control, or high-current systems
• Experience with RF systems including video transmission and antennas
• Contributions to open-source robotics or flight control projects
• FPV flight experience or strong interest in drone systems
