About the role
Responsibilities
- Define LV architecture, single-line diagrams, interface requirements, and concept of operations
- Produce wiring diagrams, schematics, cable schedules, load lists, and I/O lists
- Own first-article build, electrical checkout, troubleshooting, and commissioning
- Design LV power distribution, conversion, control, and protection
- Manage cable, harness, junction-box, and control-panel architecture
- Implement grounding, bonding, shielding, and EMI/EMC design practices
- Integrate electrical interfaces for motor control, fuel systems, lube oil, and cooling systems
Requirements
- Experience designing and commissioning LV electrical systems for industrial equipment (turbines, compressors, or generators)
- Hands-on fluency with motor control, instrumentation wiring, and control panel design
- Proficiency in 480VAC and 12–28VDC environments
- Ability to produce clean, buildable technical drawings and schematics
- Ability to collaborate across mechanical, controls, and instrumentation teams
- Must meet ITAR/EAR requirements (U.S. citizen, lawful permanent resident, or protected individual)
