Electrical Engineer

Responsibilities

• Create and maintain electrical designs and schematics using AutoCAD
• Interpret customer and design specifications to guide engineering processes
• Research and select electrical components including panels, sensors, VFDs, motors, and cables
• Develop electrical bills of materials and comprehensive production documentation
• Power up, configure, commission, and support electrical systems through startup
• Troubleshoot electrical and controls issues in production environments and at customer sites
• Collaborate cross-functionally on design, budget, and timelines
• Oversee build quality and support production inquiries with 10–20% travel required

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering
• 3–5 years of professional engineering experience
• Proficiency in a CAD package (e.g., AutoCAD)
• Proficiency in MS Office

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with PLC and HMI programming using Allen Bradley, Visual Basic, VB.net, or Python
• Fundamental understanding of Robotics
