Responsibilities

  • Deliver high-performant, reliable, and manufacturable extremely size-constrained systems
  • Contribute to all phases of system and board design, from definition to verification
  • Conduct R&D investigations to demonstrate feasibility of new technology for implants and chargers
  • Work cross-functionally to ensure successful systems integration
  • Improve system latency, battery life, reliability, and safety
  • Design and deploy systems for hardware-in-the-loop testing and manufacturing quality control

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent experience
  • Strong electrical engineering and physics fundamentals
  • Ability to design, bring up, debug, and verify complex PCBAs under tight power and size constraints
  • Experience debugging multi-domain systems (analog, digital, RF, power)
  • Deep familiarity with lab instrumentation such as oscilloscopes, spectrum analyzers, and VNAs

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience shipping highly integrated, size- and power-constrained devices
  • Experience with wireless systems and RF design tradeoffs
  • Experience supporting hardware through manufacturing at scale
  • Experience in safety-critical or regulated environments
  • Familiarity with mechanical integration constraints and CAD tools
