About the role
Responsibilities
- Develop schematics and printed circuit boards for new product design
- Design products involving embedded microcontrollers, analog design, digital design, and power electronics
- Interact with production and quality teams to ensure optimal results
Requirements
- BS/MS in Electrical, Electronic, or Computer Engineering
- 7+ years of electrical engineering experience with a focus on digital circuits
- Proficiency in digital logic and embedded microcontrollers
- Experience with internal serial communications (SPI, I²C)
- Experience with external communications (Ethernet, RS-232, RS-485)
- Proficiency with Altium for schematic and PCB layout
- Must not require visa support (No OPT, no H1-B)
Preferred Qualifications
- Familiarity with analog circuits and power electronics
- Knowledge of circuit simulation tools (Plexim, Simulink, LTspice)
- Knowledge of FPGA/CPLD development and HDL (VHDL, Verilog)
- Knowledge of IPC-610, UL/CSA, and related compliance standards
