Electrical Engineer

Responsibilities

• Develop schematics and printed circuit boards (PCBs) for new product designs
• Design products involving embedded microcontrollers, analog design, digital design, and power electronics
• Ensure product reliability and protection for use in harsh environments
• Collaborate with production and quality teams to achieve optimal manufacturing results

Requirements

• BS/MS in Electrical, Electronic, or Computer Engineering
• 7+ years of electrical engineering experience with a focus on digital circuits
• Proficiency with Altium for schematic capture and PCB layout
• Strong knowledge of digital logic and internal serial communications (SPI, I2C)
• Experience with external communications such as Ethernet, RS-232, or RS-485
• Must not require visa sponsorship now or in the future

Preferred Qualifications

• Familiarity with analog circuits and power electronics
• Experience with circuit simulation tools such as Plexim, Simulink, or LTspice
• Knowledge of FPGA/CPLD development and HDL (VHDL, Verilog)
• Understanding of IPC-610, UL/CSA, and related compliance standards
