Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and test printed circuit boards (PCBs)
- Work within an agile development team using scrum implementation
- Contribute to hardware and system design development
- Debug, test, maintain, and update existing hardware systems
- Suggest improvements for system performance, maintainability, and quality
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in hardware design
- BS/MS in Electrical Engineering
- Proficiency in circuit analysis, digital systems, electromagnetics, and embedded firmware
- Familiarity with circuit board components, schematics, and layout
- Experience with source control, unit testing, and system testing
- Ability to read and interpret hardware datasheets
- Demonstrated experience with C in embedded environments
- Knowledge of coding for DSPs, ARM processors, or FPGAs
