About the role

Responsibilities

  • Test and debug complex circuit card assemblies (CCAs) and electro-mechanical systems involving digital, analog, and RF hardware
  • Collaborate with Operations, Supply Chain, and Quality teams to resolve production, testing, and integration issues
  • Provide technical oversight and documentation to ensure production concurrence
  • Work on the 2nd shift (3:00 PM – 12:00 AM) to support production hardware needs

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Science, Physics, Mathematics, or a related STEM field
  • Minimum of 2 years of relevant engineering experience
  • Experience with RF, analog, digital, or mixed-signal circuit design and analysis
  • Familiarity with laboratory equipment such as waveform generators, oscilloscopes, and spectrum analyzers
  • U.S. citizenship is required
  • Ability to obtain a Secret security clearance

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in Root-Cause Corrective Action (RCCA) investigations
  • Proficiency with tools such as MATLAB, Mathcad, PSPICE, or Mentor Graphics Designer
  • Experience with subsystem integration, test automation scripting, and Statistical Process Control (SPC)
  • Familiarity with missile communication transceivers, IMUs, or GPS receiver subsystems
