About the role

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams to integrate and test electronics hardware at subassembly and system levels
  • Perform hardware safety checks, initial power-on, and support integration through qualification testing
  • Troubleshoot hardware and system-level issues using lab equipment and engineering documentation
  • Execute test procedures, collect data, and evaluate hardware performance against requirements
  • Document test results, integration activities, and technical issues for briefings and status updates
  • Work in lab and clean room environments handling sensitive hardware and sensor systems

Requirements

  • STEM degree in Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics
  • Minimum of 2 years of prior relevant experience
  • Experience in a lab environment integrating and testing electronics hardware
  • Proficiency with lab equipment such as oscilloscopes and multimeters
  • Ability to interpret engineering documentation including schematics and block diagrams
  • U.S. citizenship is required to obtain and maintain a security clearance

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in low-volume, high-complexity development or production environments
  • Experience with FPGA, SoC, or microcontroller-based systems
  • Proficiency using MATLAB for data analysis or test support
  • Experience with high-speed digital interfaces (e.g., DDR, flash memory)
  • Exposure to optical or imaging systems and Linux-based operating systems
