About the role
Responsibilities
- Perform integration and testing of RF, analog, and digital components and modules
- Transition and integrate Special Test Equipment (STE)
- Analyze hardware and software test requirements and specifications to determine technical needs
- Develop solutions for test issues and implement productivity and efficiency enhancements
- Collaborate with Test Technicians, Operations Managers, Quality Assurance, and Reliability personnel
- Provide oversight for test equipment used within production environments
Requirements
- Degree in Electrical Engineering and a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience (or an Advanced Degree in a related field)
- Experience troubleshooting complex subsystems
- Proficiency with standard EE lab and production equipment, including Vector Network Analyzers, Power Meters, Oscilloscopes, Spectrum Analyzers, DMMs, and Signal Sources
- U.S. Citizenship is required
- Ability to obtain and maintain a DoD Secret security clearance
Preferred Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field
- Hands-on experience working directly with production equipment
- Ability to apply core electrical engineering principles and theories to multidisciplinary activities
- Self-motivated and proactive approach to multi-tasking in a team environment
