About the role

Responsibilities

  • Contribute to the maturation of Analog and Mixed-Signal (AMS) subsystems for advanced radar systems.
  • Design, verify, and transition AMS subsystems to manufacturing while supporting long-term design health.
  • Lead design-shaping discussions and technical reviews with multidisciplinary teams to develop robust radar architectures.
  • Apply Design for Excellence (DFX) principles to resolve complex technical challenges and align with program objectives.
  • Provide technical expertise in AMS circuit design, simulation, and analysis to guide execution and risk mitigation.
  • Conduct root-cause investigations, trade studies, and continuous improvement initiatives to enhance subsystem performance.
  • Perform hands-on board bring-up, acceptance testing, and design verification of PCBs.

Requirements

  • BS Degree in Engineering, Material Science, or Physics.
  • 4 or more years of experience in the design of printed circuit assemblies for mixed-signal applications.
  • Strong foundation in analog and mixed-signal circuit theory and experience with high-reliability products.
  • Proficiency in circuit design and simulation using Altium Designer (or equivalent) and SPICE-like tools.
  • Understanding of core building blocks including op-amps, logic gates, power management ICs, and voltage regulators.
  • Experience with low-speed signaling protocols such as SPI and I2C.
  • Hands-on experience debugging circuits using oscilloscopes, function generators, and logic analyzers.
  • Eligibility to handle export-controlled information (ITAR/EAR).
