About the role

Responsibilities

  • Manage and coordinate Non-Conformance (NC) processes from identification to closure
  • Lead and facilitate Root Cause Analysis (RCA) using structured methodologies such as 8D, 5 Whys, and Fishbone
  • Drive and monitor Corrective and Preventive Actions (CAPA/RCCA) to ensure sustainable solutions
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Production, Quality, R&D, and Suppliers to resolve issues
  • Analyze quality data and trends to identify systemic issues and drive process improvements
  • Develop and improve testing procedures for New Product Introduction (NPI) and released products
  • Acquire advanced technical know-how in inertial navigation and data analysis

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electronics Engineering or a related field
  • Minimum 3 years of proven experience in Non-Conformance management and RCCA processes
  • Ability to read and interpret schematics and technical documentation
  • Experience in electronic assembly manufacturing processes (e.g., SMT, THT, testing, rework)
  • Proficiency with quality tools and methodologies (8D, FMEA, SPC, etc.)
  • Basic knowledge of MATLAB
  • Italian citizenship is required due to regulations on the secure handling of certain information

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience working in electronics manufacturing or testing environments
  • Knowledge of Lean / Six Sigma methodologies
  • Experience in structured and international industrial environments
