Fuse is on a mission to accelerate the world’s transition to fusion energy. Our core product is TITAN: an Impedance Matched Marx Generator (IMG). TITAN is the most efficient and powerful (TW) machine of its kind.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop and test control systems for pulsed power facilities
• Design, develop and test data acquisition systems
• Design and assemble electronic circuits to control electrical systems
• Design test set-up to diagnose and analyze the performance of electrical components, assemblies, and systems
• Carry out applied research in the field of electrical engineering
• Write specifications and technical reports
• Actively participate in team meetings and collaborate with colleagues
• Adhere to safety protocols and procedures

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent experience
• 1+ years of experience in schematic and layout design for PCBs using Altium Designer or equivalent
• 1+ years of experience in simulating electronic circuits using SPICE
• 1+ years of experience in configuring and managing Data Acquisition (DAQ) systems
• Knowledge of sensors and calibration techniques
• Demonstrated experience working on a team and delivering results
• Ability and willingness for bi-coastal travel and extended hours/weekends as needed

Preferred Qualifications

• C++ programming ability
