Responsibilities

• Develop expertise in manufacturing systems and own electrical requirements of factories
• Lead the electrical engineering discipline, managing internal and external consultants
• Develop electrical design packages for permitting and construction
• Drive electrical scopes bidding process, including technical and commercial bid evaluation
• Manage and execute construction of factory electrical scopes, driving schedule and quality
• Review designs for cost-effectiveness, constructibility, and code compliance
• Coordinate with Design Managers, Manufacturing representatives, and other stakeholders
• Participate in field construction and commissioning activities at the factory site

Requirements

• 8+ years of electrical engineering experience in large commercial or industrial infrastructure
• Proven experience in electrical distribution design (480V and below)
• Skilled in detailed design of Medium Voltage and Low Voltage power distribution equipment
• Experience in an EPC (Engineering, Procurement & Construction) environment
• Direct experience preparing electrical permit drawings and engineering specifications
• Proficiency reviewing and responding to field construction changes (RFIs)
• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent

Preferred Qualifications

• Electrical Professional Engineer (P.E.) license
• Ability to prepare and complete electrical deliverables using REVIT MEP
