Electrical Engineer

Responsibilities

• Lead R&D for DCDC power products and power electronic conversion technologies
• Design and optimize magnetic components in switching power supplies
• Plan and implement R&D projects, coordinating progress with various departments to achieve goals
• Analyze and solve complex technical problems and apply new technologies to product development
• Perform product design according to established processes and manage the transition into production
• Debug power electronic circuits and semiconductor devices based on embedded control

Requirements

• Master's degree or above in Electrical Engineering, Power Electronics, Control, or a related field
• 10+ years of development experience in power electronic products (e.g., communication power supplies, inverters, DC/AC power supplies)
• In-depth understanding of power conversion theory and the application of control theory
• Expertise in magnetic component design and optimization
• Proficiency in magnetic simulation software such as Ansys (Maxwell 3D), COMSOL, or CST
• Experience with circuit modeling and simulation using Pspice, LTspice, or Simetrix/Simplis
