Electrical Engineer

Responsibilities

• Provide engineering and construction support for electrical systems ensuring adherence to client standards and local regulations
• Assess and review electrical system designs for conformance with project specifications
• Perform electrical load analysis, circuit evaluations, and propose modifications or upgrades
• Assist in resolving electrical engineering challenges through calculations and diagrams
• Participate in developing cost estimates for materials, labor, and equipment
• Interpret and apply relevant codes and standards to ensure quality deliverables
• Supervise installation and commissioning of electrical systems on-site
• Conduct site inspections and resolve technical issues during construction
• Provide technical support and guidance throughout the project lifecycle

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field
• 7 to 12 years of total engineering experience
• Minimum 3 to 5 years of experience in power distribution systems, Low Voltage systems, and building/residential projects
• Strong understanding of electrical engineering principles and compliance with national/international standards
• Ability to interpret technical documents, electrical schematics, and compliance reports
• Experience collaborating with contractors, consultants, and government authorities
• Knowledge of cost estimation and procurement processes for electrical projects
• Strong problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills
