Electrical Engineer

Responsibilities

• Perform planned and reactive maintenance to ensure high-speed packaging lines run safely and efficiently
• Support asset care and drive continuous improvement in line performance, safety, quality, and delivery
• Collaborate with and mentor operators and team leaders in autonomous maintenance
• Lead with a safety-first mindset, ensuring full compliance with lockout/tagout procedures and electrical standards
• Contribute to team success through improvement projects, effective shift handovers, and active participation in Tier meetings

Requirements

• Recognised apprenticeship or HNC in Electrical Engineering (or equivalent)
• Experience working with SAP and maintenance systems
• Experience in FMCG or high-speed manufacturing environments
• Strong knowledge of asset care systems and compliance standards
• Understanding of lockout/tagout procedures and electrical safety standards
• Ability to work a weekend shift pattern (Friday, Saturday, and Sunday)
