About the Company

Blissway is a startup that simplifies toll collection and dramatically improves highway safety. We are multiple startups in one: Deep Tech, AI/ML, Hardware, SaaS, and IoT, operating with a lean but growing team of less than 30.

Responsibilities

• Optimize the Edge by improving the reliability of cameras, detectors, and night-time illuminators
• Design circuit schematics and PCBs for new hardware integrations through prototyping and R&D
• Write on-device code in Python or C++ to integrate new sensors
• Iterate on CAD models to improve assembly processes and scalability

Requirements

• Degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related technical field (Class of 2025 or 2026)
• Portfolio of physical hardware projects (internships, senior design, or hobbyist electronics)
• Foundational understanding of circuit design and CAD
• Proficiency or eagerness to learn Python or C++
• Professional, owner-oriented mindset with the ability to work independently

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Altium or Onshape
• Familiarity with Linux, IoT Edge Devices, or AWS
• Knowledge of Edge Computer Vision or weatherproofing for outdoor deployment
