Electrical Engineer

Responsibilities

• Develop circuits and PCB designs including power, high-speed digital, RF, and networking circuits
• Work cross-functionally to develop reliable, high-quality products
• Manage the electrical engineering process from design specifications to product launch
• Support design compliance with EMI/EMC and regulatory requirements
• Generate electrical schematics, layout exports, drawings, and BOMs
• Perform electrical failure investigations using root cause analysis
• Collaborate with Project Managers on status updates and timing impacts
• Help develop best practices for electrical subsystem reliability

Requirements

• BS or MS in Electrical Engineering or a similar field
• 3+ years of industry experience in product development (consumer/industrial)
• Proficiency in schematic capture and PCB layout tools like Altium Designer
• Strong understanding of multi-layer PCBs, high-speed signaling, RF, and embedded systems
• Experience with signal acquisition tools (oscilloscopes, DMMs, logic analyzers)
• Hands-on experience in PCB bring-up, debugging, and SMT/TH component rework
• Familiarity with DFM, DFT, and industry standards (FCC, CE, UL)
• Working knowledge of firmware development in C/C++
• Ability to work in the office 3+ days per week
