Electrical Engineer

Responsibilities

• Design and review electrical systems including power distribution, lighting, grounding, and low-current systems
• Prepare and review electrical drawings, specifications, and technical documentation
• Coordinate with architects, mechanical engineers, and other project stakeholders
• Supervise electrical installation works and ensure compliance with approved drawings and quality standards
• Conduct site inspections and resolve technical issues during construction
• Review shop drawings, material submittals, and method statements
• Ensure compliance with local regulations, electrical codes, and safety standards
• Support testing, commissioning, and handover of electrical systems
• Monitor project progress, prepare technical reports, and assist in project planning
• Coordinate with contractors, consultants, and suppliers throughout the project lifecycle

Requirements

• Experience designing and reviewing electrical systems
• Ability to prepare technical documentation and drawings
• Experience in site supervision and inspections
• Knowledge of local electrical codes and safety standards
