Electrical Engineer

Responsibilities

• Prepare electrical projects, including single-technology or multi-trade operations, and draft work programs for high/low voltage, fire safety, and electrotechnics.
• Perform detailed cost estimations and analyze technical offers.
• Represent the Electrical Department during site study and synthesis meetings.
• Supervise on-site work execution and coordinate the handover of installations to maintenance and operations teams.
• Conduct technological monitoring with a focus on energy efficiency, energy contract management, and energy transition.
• Ensure new equipment is integrated into supervision systems and Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (GMAO).
• Manage various framework agreements and purchase orders.
• Assist in the organization of departmental workshops and the supervision of the design office.

Requirements

• Engineering degree or Master 2 in electrical engineering, electronics, or automation.
• Minimum 8 years of experience managing electrical work programs in tertiary or industrial sectors.
• Strong knowledge of technical regulations for low and high voltage, fire safety, and electrotechnics.
• Familiarity with workplace safety regulations and standards for Public Access Buildings (ERP).
• Proficiency in technical installation supervision and computer-based supervision of technical systems.
• Experience with GMAO (CMMS) tools.
• Basic knowledge of public procurement procedures.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, often in occupied sites.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in both operation and maintenance of electrical systems.
• Ability to draft technical specifications and information reports.
• Proven capacity for dimensioning studies and coordinating diverse stakeholders.
