About the role

Responsibilities

  • Develop test hardware, software, and firmware from requirements definition through deployment at manufacturing or customer facilities
  • Identify test readiness issues and optimizations throughout the development lifecycle
  • Meet established project budget, schedule, and performance commitments
  • Guide mechanical engineering and suppliers through test adapter design activities
  • Support manufacturing operations, including on-site troubleshooting and debugging
  • Prepare and present work products at project status meetings

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in a STEM field (Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics)
  • Minimum of two (2) years of relevant engineering experience
  • Experience in electrical engineering design and/or software automation concepts
  • Experience with Electrical, Software, Hardware, or Mechanical engineering
  • U.S. citizenship is required to obtain and maintain an Interim Secret security clearance

Preferred Qualifications

  • Degree specifically in Electrical Engineering
  • Experience with National Instruments tools (TestStand, LabWindows/CVI, or LabVIEW)
  • Proficiency in programming languages such as C, C++, C#, or Python
  • Experience with Digital, Analog, RF, or Power Supply test hardware/software design
  • Experience using or automating commercial test equipment (Oscilloscopes, DMMs, network analyzers, etc.)
  • Experience with technical documentation, configuration management, or procurement support
