Electrical Duty Engineer

Responsibilities

• Support daily operations with precision and care in a luxury environment
• Ensure all electrical systems meet elevated standards of safety, performance, and reliability
• Maintain and troubleshoot complex electrical systems
• Utilize building management systems (BMS) for operational oversight

Requirements

• HNC/HND in Electrical Engineering or a related field
• Minimum of 3 years' experience in luxury hospitality or high-end commercial environments
• Valid electrical qualification (e.g., 18th Edition Wiring Regulations)
• Proficiency in using building management systems (BMS)
• Knowledge of health and safety regulations related to electrical work
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering
• Experience with energy management and conservation techniques
• Familiarity with smart building technologies
• Additional trade qualifications in plumbing or HVAC
• Experience in project management and team leadership
• Knowledge of AutoCAD or similar design software
• First Aid certification
