Smith Engineering Hyperloop (formerly Queen's Hyperloop Design Team) is an internationally acclaimed student team that seeks to innovate the future of green transportation. The team consists of Technical, Research and Development, Business and Logistics, and Tunneling and Boring branches.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design, development, integration, and testing of all electrical systems
• Oversee the Electrical Subteam and coordinate power, control, sensing, and communication systems
• Ensure electrical designs meet project requirements, safety standards, and competition objectives
• Manage project timelines, deliverables, and technical documentation
• Mentor team members and facilitate technical reviews
• Support system testing and troubleshooting while collaborating with other technical branches
