Electrical Design Technician

Responsibilities

• Develop commercial proposals and cost estimates for high voltage, low voltage, and IRVE (Electric Vehicle Charging Infrastructure) projects.
• Study client needs in collaboration with Project Managers and propose technical variations.
• Estimate the human and material resources required for project execution.
• Create execution files, dimensioning calculations, and layout/routing plans using CAD software.
• Prepare technical memorandums for commercial offers.
• Perform on-site surveys and measurements when necessary.

Requirements

• Degree in Electrical Engineering, Renewable Energy, or equivalent technical training.
• Proven experience in electrical design or a similar technical role.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD for creating technical drawings and plans.
• Strong ability to adapt to different project environments (tertiary, residential, and commercial).
• Excellent communication and argumentation skills to support technical proposals.
