Electrical Design Office Manager

Responsibilities

• Manage the daily activities of one or more Design Office Technicians, including schedule management and team motivation.
• Supervise the creation of commercial proposals and execution files in collaboration with Technicians and Project Managers.
• Perform full electrical studies for high and low voltage (current fort and courants faibles).
• Conduct pre-closings and control all execution files before presentation to the Agency Manager.
• Develop technical memorandums for each commercial offer.
• Act as the technical reference for the agency on projects within the tertiary, residential, and commercial sectors.

Requirements

• Degree in Electricity or an experienced autodidact with a strong technical background.
• Proven previous experience in a similar management or leadership role.
• Technical expertise in high and low voltage electrical studies.
• Strong ability to lead, federate, and motivate teams.
• Excellent argumentation and communication skills.
• High level of adaptability to different project environments.
