Electrical Design Engineer

Responsibilities

• Perform studies for the sustainability of electrical power supply and distribution equipment in nuclear installations
• Research solutions to address obsolescence of electrotechnical components and control devices
• Study technical solutions and establish justification files (DD, DJD)
• Write electrical calculation notes using CANECO BT
• Create electrical diagrams using SEE ELECTRICAL EXPERT
• Support the commissioning and operational maintenance of electrical distribution equipment

Requirements

• Engineering degree or Master's degree (Bac+5) in Electrical Engineering or Systems
• Minimum 5 years of experience in electrical studies or calculation notes within an industrial sector
• Proficiency in CANECO BT
• Knowledge of electrical distribution equipment (actuator controls, sub-distribution cabinets, power boxes, etc.)
• Understanding of nuclear safety culture and principles
• Knowledge of the nuclear environment, fuel cycles, and PWR (Pressurized Water Reactor) operation
