Electrical Design and Calculation Engineer

Responsibilities

• Analyze technical client needs and collect required information for studies
• Perform site surveys, measurements, and recordings
• Design electrical distribution diagrams and single-line diagrams
• Establish power balances and calculate sizing of works according to applicable standards
• Calculate electrical protection settings
• Use calculation tools and software such as CANECO
• Study equipment layout and technical room arrangement
• Specify equipment and works, drafting data-sheets and technical specifications
• Create wiring plans and diagrams
• Consult suppliers and order required materials
• Configure protection relays and monitor work execution
• Compile dossiers for completed works
• Coordinate studies and monitor project schedules and costs

Requirements

• Engineering degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent
• Minimum 8 years of similar experience in engineering or the industrial sector
• Proficiency in office software and electrical calculation software
• Knowledge of electrical legislation (NFC13100/NFC13200 and 15100)
• Rigorous and methodical with strong analytical skills
• Ability to work in a team and integrate into a group
• Familiarity with ISO 9001 and MASE quality procedures
