Electrical Coordinator: Coal Clearance

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and schedule electrical maintenance activities within coal clearance operations to meet safety and production targets.
• Create and implement rolling monthly plans to optimize electrical maintenance performance.
• Collaborate with Mechanical and Operations Coordinators to develop monthly work and resource plans.
• Ensure all necessary materials, equipment, and instructions are organized prior to maintenance execution.
• Build and develop the electrical team to ensure high output and optimal performance.
• Monitor and analyze equipment performance data to diagnose risks and identify improvement opportunities.
• Participate in site productivity and process improvement programs focusing on safety, cost, and efficiency.
• Comply with all statutory requirements and consistently apply Safety & Health principles.

Requirements

• Electrical Trade qualification and valid Electrical License.
• Relevant tickets including EEHA, LVSR, Complex Isolator, and HV Switching.
• Demonstrated supervisory experience within an underground coal mine.
• Mandatory Supervisor and Risk Management qualifications (S1, S2, S3 & G2).
• Proven experience in maintenance management and using CMMS.
• Demonstrated ability to lead teams and communicate effectively across different organizational levels.

Preferred Qualifications

• Proficient experience with SAP or similar enterprise software.
• Experience with Dupline systems and ABB controls.
