Electrical Control Operator

Responsibilities

• Perform electrical control operations within production cell 3, adhering to all safety, quality, and productivity regulations.
• Read and interpret schematic diagrams to guide assembly processes.
• Assemble and install components including radiator valves, manhole covers, collector piping, and thermowells.
• Execute turret mounting and apply proper torque to components.
• Maintain awareness of Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) standards, including the correct use of personal protective equipment (PPE).
• Apply basic Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) concepts to machines and devices.
• Work both on the production floor and at heights as required.

Requirements

• Secondary or high school education.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in a similar production or electrical control role.
• Basic computer skills.
• Ability to work in rotating shifts (3 shifts) and a Monday through Saturday schedule.
• Ability to work at heights.
• Strong teamwork skills, discipline, and punctuality.
