Electrical Construction Project Manager

Responsibilities

• Project planning, execution, job cost tracking, and job closure
• Provide monthly project status detail and percent of completion reports
• Detailed take-off and estimating for electrical work
• Marketing and building profitable jobs
• Decision making concerning project cost, time, and performance
• Interfacing with contractors, vendors, and in-house operations
• Coordinate and direct workforce
• Support an injury-free work environment and safety culture
• Review master schedules with field leads

Requirements

• Ability to review electrical construction drawings and provide cost estimates
• Superior knowledge of electrical codes and construction methods
• Demonstrated ability to read, understand, and write contracts
• Experience writing detailed scope proposals
• Strong computer skills in Excel, Word, and estimating software
• Understanding of construction scheduling methods
• Prior experience with semiconductor preferred
• 5 years construction project experience in the regional market preferred
