Electrical Construction Manager

Responsibilities

• Independent management and control of electrical trades on demanding construction projects
• Coordination and supervision of subcontractors, suppliers, and other project participants
• Ensuring timely, cost-effective, and high-quality execution of all electrical services
• Close coordination with clients, specialist planners, authorities, and internal project teams
• Monitoring compliance with safety, quality, and execution standards
• Participation in inspections, commissioning, and technical documentation
• Identification of optimization potential and active contribution to efficient construction processes

Requirements

• Completed degree in electrical engineering, building services engineering, supply technology, or a comparable field
• Ideally professional experience in construction management or project management of electrical systems
• Good knowledge of relevant standards, guidelines, and technical regulations
• Structured, independent, and solution-oriented way of working
• Strong communication, organizational talent, and assertiveness
• Enjoyment of teamwork and successful implementation of demanding projects
