Electrical Commissioning Manager

Responsibilities

• Define and manage the electrical commissioning strategy in alignment with the global project plan.
• Prepare, review, and implement technical documentation including commissioning plans, method statements, and test procedures.
• Coordinate, plan, and supervise all electrical testing, commissioning, and activation activities for Low Voltage (BT) and High Voltage (HT) systems.
• Manage and verify electrical interfaces with critical site systems such as DCOS, EPMS, fire detection, sprinklers, mechanical systems, and BMS.
• Ensure absolute electrical safety on-site during all testing and activation phases.
• Track, process, and close out defect lists and corrective actions.
• Compile, validate, and deliver final commissioning documentation to the client.

Requirements

• Engineering degree (Bac+5) or Master 2 in Electrical Engineering, Electrotechnics, or Industrial Automation.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in electrical commissioning/startup on large-scale industrial projects, critical infrastructure, or Data Centers.
• Deep expertise in HT/BT electrical distribution networks.
• Strong knowledge of system interfaces including DCOS, EPMS, BMS/GTB, and Fire Safety systems.
• Mastery of electrical safety standards and applicable testing regulations.
• Proven leadership skills and the ability to coordinate multidisciplinary teams and subcontractors.
• High level of methodological rigor and excellent communication skills for managing client interfaces.
