Electrical Commissioning Engineer

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and supervise the electrical assembly of production lines, managing logistics and ensuring schedule compliance
• Ensure compliance with electrical standard 9E2828 to guarantee safe and high-quality installations
• Apply and supervise the implementation of VASS 5 and VASS 6 standards for PLC programming in industrial automation
• Guarantee mastery of KS24 and KS26 standards related to industrial robot programming and production system integration
• Use E-plan for the design and documentation of electrical plans according to technical standards
• Review approved devices (Freigabeliste) in accordance with technical quality and safety guidelines
• Monitor robot programming progress via Vrogdiag and PLCs via Vprodes
• Supervise reports through SICALIS and participate in functional testing of electrical systems during commissioning

Requirements

• Degree in Electrical, Electronic, Mechatronics Engineering or a related field
• 3 to 5 years of experience in industrial electrical projects, preferably in production line installation and automation
• Solid knowledge of VASS 5/6, KS24/26 standards and interpretation of electrical standard 9E2828
• Advanced proficiency in E-plan for electrical design and documentation
• Experience in industrial automation environments with PLCs and robots
• Intermediate to advanced English (desirable)
