Electrical Certification Trainer

Responsibilities

• Deliver electrical initiation training and various electrical certification courses
• Utilize diverse training materials to ensure trainee comprehension
• Maintain pedagogical and technical vigilance to stay current with industry standards
• Conduct all training sessions in strict compliance with safety regulations
• Actively participate in the development of business activities within your geographic sector
• Serve as a brand ambassador for SOCOTEC to all trainees and clients

Requirements

• Minimum of a BAC+2 degree in Electrotechnics or Electromechanics
• At least 5 years of professional experience in training and facilitation
• Significant hands-on experience in low or high voltage electricity (e.g., inspections, installation of electrical cabinets, cable pulling)
• Strong pedagogical skills and ability to communicate complex concepts clearly
• High level of autonomy, proactivity, and a service-oriented mindset
