Electrical & Auxillary Supervisor

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop a team of electricians and maintenance specialists to ensure a high-performing workforce.
• Manage the lifecycle of all electrical systems and auxiliary equipment to maximize production uptime and throughput.
• Plan and oversee preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance activities.
• Rapidly diagnose and resolve complex electrical and mechanical issues to minimize production interruptions.
• Ensure all maintenance work complies with safety regulations, company policies, and food safety standards.
• Identify and implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance equipment reliability and operational efficiency.
• Manage personnel, tools, materials, and external contractors to meet plant operational goals.
• Maintain accurate maintenance logs, equipment records, SOPs, and performance metrics.

Requirements

• Technical knowledge of industrial electrical systems, support equipment, and conveyance systems.
• Proven experience in an industrial environment, specifically in an electrical, mechanical, or maintenance role.
• Working knowledge of automation and controls.
• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills for complex electrical and mechanical systems.
• Ability to provide project management support for capital improvements and safety initiatives.
• Fluency in written and spoken English.
