Electrical & Auxiliary Supervisor

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a team of electricians and maintenance specialists to ensure high equipment availability.
• Manage the life cycle of all support equipment and electrical resources, including maintenance execution and process improvements.
• Plan, prioritize, and oversee preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance activities to minimize downtime.
• Ensure all electrical and mechanical work complies with safety regulations, company policies, and food safety standards.
• Coordinate maintenance activities to avoid operational disruptions and manage external contractors.
• Analyze performance metrics and implement continuous improvement initiatives to drive operational excellence and cost efficiency.

Requirements

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Minimum of 4 years of industrial experience with a focus on electrical, mechanical, or maintenance roles.
• Technical knowledge of industrial electrical systems, support equipment, and conveyance systems.
• Proficiency in troubleshooting complex electrical and mechanical issues.

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree.
• Previous supervisory or leadership experience in an industrial environment.
• Supervising Electrician or Journeyman Electrician license.
• Working knowledge of automation, controls, and maintenance planning/work order systems.
