Electrical & Auxiliary Supervisor

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a team of electricians and maintenance specialists to ensure high equipment availability.
• Manage the life cycle of all support equipment and electrical resources within the plant.
• Oversee the execution of preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance activities.
• Troubleshoot complex electrical and mechanical issues to minimize production downtime.
• Drive operational excellence through process improvement and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Ensure all maintenance work complies with safety regulations, company policies, and food safety standards.
• Manage maintenance costs and optimize resource utilization, including personnel and materials.
• Coordinate with production teams, management, and external contractors to plan maintenance without disrupting operations.

Requirements

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Minimum of 4 years of industrial maintenance experience with a focus on electrical, mechanical, or maintenance roles.
• Strong technical knowledge of industrial electrical systems, automation, controls, and conveyance systems.
• Proven ability to troubleshoot and solve complex technical problems.
• Demonstrated leadership or supervisory experience.

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• Supervising Electrician or Journeyman Electrician license.
• Experience with maintenance planning or work order systems.
