Electrical Automation Technician

Responsibilities

• Maintain electrical and automation systems for production equipment
• Troubleshoot and repair electrical faults
• Perform preventive maintenance and maintain accurate documentation
• Conduct automation system inspections and equipment updates
• Collaborate with production, maintenance, and external partners

Requirements

• Relevant technical education
• Experience in industrial maintenance, automation equipment, or electrical installations
• Ability to read electrical and automation diagrams
• Valid electrical safety and work safety cards (or willingness to obtain them)
• Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive work attitude

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with PLC systems (Allen-Bradley/Rockwell Automation)
• Knowledge of industrial telecommunications
• Proficiency with frequency converters and servo systems
• A strong commitment to workplace safety
