Electrical Assembly

Responsibilities

• Fabricate electrical and mechanical assemblies for jet engines
• Follow manufacturing planning instructions and inspection requirements per IPC standards
• Perform in-process electrical tests consistent with FTP documentation
• Verify dimensions and performance using standard measuring instruments and precision tools
• Maintain accountability for product safety and work quality in alignment with Company Quality Policy

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 1-2 years of experience with automated SMT and through-hole CCA equipment
• 1-2 years of experience using precision tools, fixtures, and measuring equipment
• Ability to read and understand manufacturing planning instructions
• Fine motor skills for detailed assembly work
• Physical ability to lift 50 pounds, push/pull 60 pounds, and maintain specific grip strength and reach
• U.S. Citizenship required
• Ability to obtain a U.S. Government Security Clearance

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Circuit Card Assemblies (CCA)
• Certifications to IPC-7711/7721, J-STD-001, or IPC-A-610
