Responsibilities
- Fabricate electrical and mechanical assemblies for jet engines
- Follow manufacturing planning instructions and inspection requirements per IPC standards
- Perform in-process electrical tests consistent with FTP documentation
- Verify dimensions and performance using standard measuring instruments and precision tools
- Maintain accountability for product safety and work quality in alignment with Company Quality Policy
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 1-2 years of experience with automated SMT and through-hole CCA equipment
- 1-2 years of experience using precision tools, fixtures, and measuring equipment
- Ability to read and understand manufacturing planning instructions
- Fine motor skills for detailed assembly work
- Physical ability to lift 50 pounds, push/pull 60 pounds, and maintain specific grip strength and reach
- U.S. Citizenship required
- Ability to obtain a U.S. Government Security Clearance
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with Circuit Card Assemblies (CCA)
- Certifications to IPC-7711/7721, J-STD-001, or IPC-A-610
