Electrical Assembler

Responsibilities

• Execute high-quality electrical assembly on production projects, including large line-ups and complex sections
• Install electrical components and devices onto pans and into enclosures per drawing packages and assembly guides
• Prep and install switches, meters, breaker cells, breakers, nameplates, and sensors
• Use equipment and tools safely, including overhead cranes, pallet jacks, drills, and power tools
• Interpret electrical manufacturing principles and specifications to determine component parts and sequencing
• Maintain a clean, organized work area and complete necessary quality check documentation

Requirements

• 3+ months of experience assembling electrical switchboards from drawing packages
• High School/GED
• Knowledge of production processes, quality control, and raw materials
• Proficiency with mechanical tools including torque wrenches, band saws, and power tools
• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds
• Strong manual dexterity and arm-hand steadiness

Preferred Qualifications

• 1 year of experience in an electrical apprenticeship, electronic repair, or HVAC installation
