Electrical Assembler I-III

Responsibilities

• Champion a "Safety First" culture by modeling safe practices and promoting safety awareness
• Read and interpret blueprints, wiring diagrams, schematic drawings, and assembly documents
• Align and assemble electrical components including leads, coils, wires, tabs, and terminals
• Install components such as circuit breakers, disconnects, starters, contactors, switches, transformers, relays, and semiconductors
• Route, lace, and attach wires and connectors to form circuitry
• Inspect parts and completed assemblies for defects and replace defective components
• Fabricate small brackets for custom back panels and assemble prototype units
• Repair defective units rejected by inspection or test personnel

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, wiring diagrams, and schematic drawings
• Familiarity with electrical components like circuit breakers, transformers, and relays
• Strong attention to detail and focus on quality
• Ability to stand, walk, and perform repetitive tasks for extended periods
• Ability to lift and move equipment up to 50 lbs
