Electrical Apprentice

Responsibilities

• Assist with installing conduit ranging from 1" to 4"
• Support AC and DC wiring installation and solar panel/racking system setups
• Perform minor electrical tasks, repairs, and maintenance under supervision
• Use hand tools, power tools, and equipment such as aerial lifts safely
• Assist with material handling, including loading/unloading trucks and staging equipment
• Follow all company safety procedures and PPE requirements

Requirements

• Active enrollment in a federally approved electrical apprenticeship program
• General electrical knowledge and ability to distinguish colors in wiring
• Valid Driver's License
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screening
• Basic tablet and computer skills
• Strong work ethic and reliability

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous solar installation or commercial construction experience
• Experience working with conduit and electrical wiring
• Experience operating lifts and various power tools
• Familiarity with NEC standards and electrical safety procedures
